1. As G.V.K is an English medium school a student who has been studying through any medium cannot be admitted unless his or her knowledge of English is satisfactory

2. Admission to classes I to VII will be given depending on the number of vacancies available at that time. Normally no new admission to classes IX and X will be granted.

3. Nobody can claim admission as a matter of right and the school authority can refuse admission without assigning any reason.

4. When admitted, the admission fee together with the term fee must be paid in advance.

5. Admission fee once paid will not be refunded.

6. New students must be introduced personally by their parents/guardians who will be responsible to the principal for their regularity of attendance and payment of fees.

7. A student coming from a recognized school should produce a leaving certificate from that school. If he or she comes from a school from other districts or states, the leaving certificates must be countersigned by the education officer of that district.

8. Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing before a month of leaving.

9. Leaving certificates will not be issued till all the school dues are cleared.
