Rules and Regulations
1. Admission to the school boarding will be granted subject to availability of seats.
2. Strict Discipline,obedience,courtesy in speech & Conduct,cleaniness and hygiene are expected from the students. Disobedience and objectionable behaviour will lead to expulsion.
3. Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances even though the child does not attend the school for a single day. Parents are,therefour advised to think carefully before making payment .If withdrawal of the student is sought immediately after the payment of admission fee etc., not only will there be no refund but three months tuition fee will also be charged.
4. No Child will be permitted to go out except on term holidays. No border is allowed to return to after 4-00 p.m except under unavoidable circumstances in which case the parents should bring back the student to the hostel at 6:00 p.m the latest.
* Punctuality and regularity are the two prime qualities of a sucessful and happy life.Be punctual and be regular to the School.If your child is irregular and not punctual and do not report to the school at the stipulated time and date,we have decided to reduce 5 marks for each subject for each day of his/her absence (insted of monetary fine)
5. Parents are allowed to visit their child/children as per the prescribed holidays list.
6. Children are granted three day leave during the whole academic year apart from the term holidays, with prior notice to the principal.
7. If child is ill ,he/she will be eamined by a qualified doctor and if necessary sent to a Hospital.
8. Parents will be requried to pay for the medicines and other medical charges.Charges for minor ailments will be born by the school .Payments have to be made for specialised treatment.
9. Parents are requisted not to give any money other then what is paid to the office.Eatables are not allowed inside the hostel permises.
10. Three months notice is require before a student is with drawn from the school.Three months fee will have to be paid in lieu of saduch notice.
11. Parents may meet the principal on any working day by prior appointment.
12. Term fees should be paid on or before the 10th of the prescribed month. A fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged till the 15th of the prescribed months and thereafter the names of the defaulters will be removed from the roll .Full admission fee is charged for re-entry. the arrears will also have to be paid.
13. Every student is expected to take care of school property.
14. Disfiguring of walls and damage to school property will be strickly dealt with.
15. In matters of displine the principal's decision will be final.
16. The borders should be taken from the hostel and dropped back at the appointed time Morning 8-00 to 1-00p.m
17. Children must observe all rules and be obedient to his/her warden and any other member of the staff who may be incharge.
18. Boarders will be required to return a day before the School re-opens.
19. No long hair for boy is permitted.Wearing of Gold ornaments and using of cosmetics by girls are not permitted.
20. For the birthday of your child,you are allowed to meet the child only from 7.45 a.m to 8:30 a.m No other time will be given for the parents or releatives to meet the child to felicitate on his/her birthday.
