Welcome to ST ANN'S ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL, MACHERLA.

St. Ann’s English Medium School, Macherla was started in July 1987 on the heart of the historical place of palnadu under the inspiration of our Mother Mary Stella, Sr.Joannes and the people of our town. St.Ann’s High School started with 100 students. Sri.V.L.Dattu, Chairman of Rama Krishna Cements, Macherla an industrialist and Philanthropist very generously donated 4 acres and 70 cents land for the construction of a huge building in the year 1990 for the cause of education in this town, which behind in terms of development and infrastructure. We appreciate and thank him for his noble work.

The foundation stone for the school was laid by Sri. Venkata Ramiah, General Manager of Rama Krishna Cements, Macherla on 29.9.1990, an auspicious day the chairman of K.C.P Ltd. To donate this land and spared no pains to bring up this building with a special architectural style. He used his good offices to persuade the chairman of K.C.P.Ltd to donate the land for school and spared no effort in the construction of the building which has a pleasing architectural style.
