Every pupil seeking admission into the School must produce an official certificate to prove that the date of birth given in the admission form is correct. This date of birth may not be altered later, either during or after the school career. The admission form should be filled in only by the parent, or the legal guardian who must be careful to give accurate facts. Admissions to Lower K.G. Class admissions are made in February. Children below 3 years and above 4 years are not admitted in the Lower K.G.
(a) Only Parents/Guardian should accompany the child.
(b) The Registration form duly filled and signed by the Parent/Guardian along with the original birth certificate and true copy of the same, attested by a gazette officer should be submitted at the time of interview, All incomplete forms will be rejected.
(c) A Self-addressed stamped envelope also should be submitted for reply.
(d) Admission to other classes may be done if seats are available. However children who already have a seat in a local school will not be considered.
(e) Admission should be sought only by Parent/Guardian. No intermediaries will be entertained.
(f) Every Candidate for admission must be introduced to the Headmistress by the parent or the one who is responsible for her.
(g) Candidates seeking admission will be tested and admitted only if they are found fit.
(h) They must forward to the Headmistress the admission form correctly filled in and signed by the Parent/Guardian together with a Transfer Certificate from the School last attended.
(i) Students coming from other States must get the T. C. countersigned by the Education Department of their respective states,
(j) Admission is left entirely to the discretion of the Headmistress.
(k) Admission fees and all other fees should be paid at the time of admission.
(I) No admissions are taken on donation basis. 10
