Welcome to NIRMAL HRIDAI HIGH SCHOOL

Kabaddi is a contact team sport, played between two teams of seven players. They take runs sending a ‘raider’ into the other lay. This is to win point by tackling members of the opposing team. Players acting as raiders hold their breath the entire team.
